Approach
Synergie uses its Project Management Assessment Framework to:
- Review a client's methodologies, procedures, reporting standards and communication processes.
- Determine business are project relationships with the IT organization
- Collect current project performance metrics.
Results
After the assessment is complete, Synergie identifies gaps between the client's environment and the Synergie Project Maturity Model, and develops an action plan for enhancing the environment.
The action plan includes:
- Recommendations of the appropriate project management tools to deploy
- Process revisions to enhance communication and productivity
- Training suggestions to reinforce strategies implemented.
